We were really struggling in the office this morning… how do you define an “award winning” corporate video?
On the face of it, you’d think it would refer to a video that had won an award for us, the team at J motion. But what about one of our videos that’s helped win an award for one of our clients?
When SpatialBuzz approached us last autumn, they needed a promotional video to introduce and explain their innovative cloud-based monitoring platform for mobile network operators. For most clients, a project like this would normally conclude by adding the finished video to their website or You Tube channel. However, for SpatialBuzz, the most pressing demand was for the video to form a key part of the company’s submission to some top industry awards.
In February, SpatialBuzz together with Telefonica UK secured victory by winning the Customer Experience Management category in the prestigious Telecoms.com Awards, held in Barcelona. Fast forward to May and the partnership has won again – this time grabbing the Consumer Service Innovation category in the Global Telecoms Business Awards for 2014.
So, we’re proud of a video that may not have won an award for J motion but has certainly helped win awards for our client… which, come to think of it, feels like a much better result!
