Founded in 1982, Motaquip is an automotive parts supplier with a unique history, forged at the heart of the UK’s motor industry.
J motion was commissioned to create a high end corporate promotional video for use on the Motaquip website as well as at trade shows and exhibitions.
Filming took us all over the UK; from the company’s Nuneaton HQ to their vast warehouse storage depot in Luton, a manufacturing facility in Colwyn Bay and a distributor and repair garage in Cheshire. The climax of the project was our drone footage of a car that features throughout the video, filmed in a stunning lake-side location in north Wales.
The result is an engaging introduction to the Motaquip product line-up which echoes the distinct branding used on the recent re-design of the company website.
Since our initial delivery, the video has been translated into a number of European languages for use in export markets.
The J motion crew were consummate professionals from start to finish and we are simply delighted with our video. What really stood out was the time and effort that went into properly planning the video before a camera was pointed in anger. This led to a clear brief, a focused shoot and a fantastic end result.
